SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
SO AS TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR ME AND BETTER FOR YOU, I HAVE A FLAT SHIPPING RATE OF $5 PER ITEM.
I always hope that my work will be going to a happy home so I will gladly accept returns. Please, contact me within 3 days of receiving your package if you feel you need to return an item. The item must then be sent back within 4 days of our correspondence.
I don't accept cancellations, but please do contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Refunds will be issued only on items sent back within the time period we discuss, and must be in their original condition.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR REFUNDS are the responsibility of the buyer - unless the item was damaged or misrepresented which will then be assessed on a per case basis.

We currently ship items from Albuquerque, New Mexico, between 3 and 5 business days after we receive an order. Much of the time we are able to ship sooner than 3 days.
RUSH ORDERS: Please contact me and we will do everything we can to make sure it gets there on time. Any shipping for rush/express will be your responsibility.
LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS: Regrettably, we cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels, or if a customer has made an error entering their own address.
